1. Introduction

Welcome to Cakah.app (“Cakah.app”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Cakah.app is a digital platform that connects individuals or businesses seeking task completion (“Users”) with independent service providers (“Runners”).

By accessing or using Cakah.app (website, mobile application, or related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

 

2. Nature of Cakah.app

Cakah.app:

  • Operates solely as a technology marketplace platform.

  • Does NOT employ Runners.

  • Does NOT control how Runners perform tasks.

  • Does NOT guarantee job acceptance or completion.

  • Is not a transportation or logistics company.

All services are performed by independent Runners.

 

3. User Responsibilities

As a User, you agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and truthful account information.

  2. Post lawful and clearly described tasks.

  3. Offer a job price you are willing to pay.

  4. Not post illegal, unsafe, or prohibited activities.

  5. Pay the agreed amount once the job is completed.

Users may:

  • Set their own offered price.

  • Accept or reject Runner counter-offers.

 

4. Runner Responsibilities

As a Runner, you acknowledge:

  1. You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Cakah.app.

  2. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal compliance.

  3. You may accept the User’s offered price or submit a counter-offer.

  4. Once a job is accepted, you are obligated to complete it professionally.

  5. You must not solicit payments outside Cakah.app.

Runners agree that Cakah.app may deduct a service fee (e.g., 10%) from completed transactions.

 

5. Pricing & Counter-Offer System

Cakah.app operates a flexible pricing model:

  • Users post a task and offer their own price.

  • Runners may accept or submit a counter-offer.

  • The job becomes binding once both parties agree to the final price.

  • Service fees may apply and will be clearly stated.

Cakah.app does not guarantee earnings for Runners.

 

6. Payments

  • Payments may be processed via wallet, bank transfer, or third-party payment providers.

  • Cakah.app may act as a payment facilitator.

  • Service fees may be deducted automatically.

  • Refunds are subject to platform review.

  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

 

7. Cancellations & Disputes

  • Jobs may be cancelled before acceptance without penalty.

  • Post-acceptance cancellations may incur fees or penalties.

  • Disputes will be reviewed by Cakah.app.

  • Cakah.app reserves the right to make a final decision on disputes to maintain fairness.

 

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Post illegal tasks

  • Engage in fraud or scams

  • Harass or threaten other users

  • Circumvent platform payment systems

  • Use the platform for unlawful activities

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Cakah.app is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Theft or loss

  • Service delays

  • Misconduct by Users or Runners

Use of Cakah.app is at your own risk.

 

10. Account Suspension

Cakah.app may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

  • Non-payment occurs

  • Chargebacks are filed maliciously

 

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, system designs, and platform materials are owned by Cakah.app.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
